Hello to all of my planners and type A personalities! Jared here. Wow, it's really almost the big event huh? Who knew 996 days would fly so quickly? Anyway, I know why you're here, you're like me! You're leaving in a day or two and you want to know all of the specific event details so that you can plan and prepare for the weekend.

Fear not! I would want a page like this, so here is all of the important information and timelines in one convenient location for all your planning needs. So, let's get underway:

Ten Eyck Brewing Company

205 Grange Hall Road, Queenstown, MD, 21658, United States

(15 minutes east of the hotels)

Time: 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Attire: Dressy Casual

Vibes

We want to kick off the weekend and thank you all for coming with some complementary welcome drinks at Ten Eyck! We know the wedding day is going to fly by, so we're looking forward to having a relaxed night, hanging out and catching up with some good drinks and light fare. The weather's been wild man, but if it's nice, there will be outdoor lights, a firepit, and lawn games. If not, inside is cozy and the brewery space will be opened to us.

Food

Small bites will be available including:

Chips & Spinach Dip, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, Pretzel Nuggets, Chicken Skewers

Drink

I chose Ten Eyck because they are an Untapped Community Award winning brewery with some seriously tasty brews! With 30 beer taps, wine, a full bar, and plenty of non-alcoholic offerings, everybody should be able to find something they love! Personally, I'm gonna be starting with their Key Lime Fruited Sour 👀

Parking

Parking is a bit limited and we recommend carpooling where possible. Here are the specific details from Ten Eyck's own site:

We have parking directly in front of the brewery! If all spots are taken, the cat hospital parking spots are available after 5 pm. PLEASE do not park on our grass or theirs. Parking is also available across the street at the 7-11/BP Gas Station (please be respectful of their customers). Be mindful of heavy truck traffic if you choose to park on Grange Hall Rd. Do not park at Dick's next door, your vehicle will be towed.

Silver Swan Bayside

(20 minutes west of the hotels)

Time: 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Attire: Formal (Black Tie Optional)

Transportation

Complimentary shuttle transport is available from your resort... I mean hotel block.

Pickup Schedule is as follows:

• Hyatt Place Kent Narrows: 3:30 PM

• Holiday Inn Express: 3:35 PM

• Quality Inn: 3:40 PM

• Venue drop off at 4:05 PM

There is parking available at the venue, alongside the marina by the river.

We have also set aside VIP spaces in front of the venue for the following guests:

Location & Seating

Guests will enter through the white pavilion on the right hand side of the venue. A table will be set up on the right for cards & gifts, as well as our seating chart for dinner. This is also where you will find our After the Tone audio guest book, where you can leave us a voicemail which will be turned into a record later.

Ideally, if the weather cooperates, guests will then continue out the door on the right hand side, and may take any non reserved seat on the grass in front of the water. In the event of rain, guests may take their seat, inside of the white pavilion through which they've entered.

The rest of the afternoon / evening proceeds as follows

• Cocktail Hour: 5:00 PM

• Grand Entrance / First Dance: 6:00 PM

• Dinner Service: 6:20 PM

• Cake Cutting & Hora: 8:00 PM

• Bar Last Call: 9:25 PM

• Final Group Dance: 9:45 PM

• Transportation Returns to Hotels: 10:00 PM

The Jetty

Attire: Whatevs

After the wedding (and a change of clothes back at the hotel), we will likely be hanging out at The Jetty, Dockside Bar for a night cap.

PLEASE NOTE, there is a $10 cover charge.

Thank you so much for spending the weekend and celebrating with us! There are no official plans for Sunday, but Leah and I will be hanging out at Dessert First Dockside Cafe if you would like to stop in and say goodbye before hitting the road! We will do our best to be there about 11:30m onward
